OUR PROCESS

How We Build: From Discovery to Launch and Beyond

Every engagement runs through the same four visible phases — with approved requirements, working demonstrations, testing and documented delivery — so you always know what is being built, why, and what comes next.

01

Discover and scope

We start by understanding your business, users and goals, then turn them into an approved, written scope. Nothing is built until you have signed off on what will be delivered and in what order.

  • Requirements and goals workshop
  • Approved written scope document
  • Acceptance criteria for each feature
  • Milestone and timeline mapping
  • Risk assessment and mitigation
02

Design and architect

We design the user experience and the technical architecture together — data model, APIs, security and deployment — and get your design approval before a line of production code is written.

  • UX flows and wireframes for approval
  • Data model and API contract
  • Architecture and scaling plan
  • Security and access model
  • Stack and tooling decisions
03

Build and review

We build in focused sprints with a predictable demo cadence. Every change goes through code review, automated tests and QA against the agreed acceptance criteria, so progress is visible and quality stays high.

  • Fixed sprint and demo cadence
  • Working demo at the end of each cycle
  • Code review and CI quality gates
  • Automated testing and QA
  • Security review against OWASP-style checks
04

Launch and support

We handle secure deployment, monitoring and a documented handover — then stay available through a defined post-launch support period, with maintenance or development retainers if you need them.

  • Secure production deployment
  • Monitoring, alerting and backups
  • Documentation and full handover
  • Defined post-launch support window
  • Optional ongoing maintenance retainer

Acceptance criteria

Each feature is signed off against clear, written acceptance criteria agreed in the scope. “Done” is defined up front, not argued about later.

Change requests

New ideas are welcome. Changes outside the approved scope are estimated and approved before work starts, so timelines and budgets stay predictable.
